“Al naso è assolutamente affascinante e complesso con note di frutti rossi, legno/barile, fringipane, fumo/arrostito e alla fine qualche spezia, wow da odorare per ore! Al palato nonostante i 40 gradi è caldo e profondo, in primo piano restano i frutti rossi(prugna/uvetta/altri) insieme al floreale con prevalenza di fringipane, l'aspetto legnoso è delicato ed in secondo piano, nel finale emerge anche qualche nota fumosa. Una perla raffinata che per certi versi ricorda più i Depaz del 75/76 dei Flibuste più recenti. Nel bicchiere vuoto arrostito e un po' di fermentato. Grazie Florent per l'opportunità🙏”
