How does this rum taste?
Guadeloupe Pure Single Agricole Rum is a vibrant, unaged rum produced at the Papa Rouyo distillery and bottled by Habitation Velier. Distilled from sugar cane juice in a pot still, it boasts a hefty 62% ABV. Reviewers appreciate its explosive tropical and floral aromas with hints of olive and citrus. The palate offers complex layers of umami, briny notes, and tropical fruits with a well-integrated alcohol presence. This rum is versatile, recommended for cocktails like daiquiris due to its heightened intensity and slightly sweet finish. Despite its bold profile, some find its vegetal and saline elements overpowering, making it better suited for mixing than sipping neat.

#4074 This is a pretty nice white especially when looking at the price tag. Fruity with nice floral notes and a lightly dry palate. I like the light nutty note that is also there in the empty glass.
Very good, fruity Agricole without off notes.
Alcohol well integrated, nice nose but taste me much too salty, vegetable and bitter and herbaceous.... Unfortunately, hardly any fruit notes ... Tasty for it in the daiquiri But why that must now cost 80€ I do not understand?
Un très bon rhum blanc où on sent bien l'influence de l'alambic.
