Přijemná milá, do rumu vypálená činská omáčka. :-) ve vůni drěvo, sušené ovoce a karamel. V chuti jsem si nejdřív přečetl Pavlův padthai a tězko se ho zbavuju. Asi tam je k trocha dřeva a pak zas ta sójovka.
Alkohol nicht perfekt eingebunden, aber durch das Weinfinish erhält der Rum eine schöne Komplexität.
For first taste and in first two seconds this taste like standard rum...but suddenly - OMG - what do I taste in there?!? It taste like food food from chinese fast food. Chinese noodles, really!!! Not nice for rum but realy unique, amazing! EDIT- not noodles, Padthai is it!.
Für meinen Geschmack auch wieder etwas zu süss. Also das Wine Cask Finish kann ich irgendwie so gar nicht erkennen, stattdessen wieder eine leichte Süße, Karamell, Schokolade, Vanille und aber auch Holz sind erkennbar.
