It was distilled in 2004 from Molasses with a Column Still and then aged for 18 years. The rum is bottled at cask strength and has an ABV of 56,3%. Taste of wood, pepper, orange peel and vanilla and notes of toffee - aftertaste of vanilla, chocolate and wood. I would rate it as a pleasant and easy drinking rum 👍
This one is amazing! Full taste, integrated alcohol, taste like blend of 70% FSQ and 30% of Demerara
Very reduced and heavy. Roasty and strong. Alcohol quite well integrated and also a nice age. Intense wood notes meet strong coffee notes. Round, unfortunately not particularly complex, therefore not a particular highlight.
Quite pleasing, if unspectacular profile. Chocolate, vanilla, toffee, latte, subtle citrus notes. The taste is quite round, but not particularly exciting - because not much else happens.
