“This bottling with the Ironroot barrel is of the known to me the best so far.But it can not really pick me up!On the nose the typical, almost artificial, fruit aromas! Something floral is also there! On the palate it spreads smooth and soft! My first thought, slightly burnt sugar! This is followed by many different spice and roasted flavors! That fits better! In the finish joins still something bacony salty!”
