#4738 10.06.2024 Relaxing withe a few samples at home. Nose Fresh, fruity, faint caramel, spices, light banana. Palate Fresh, warm, fruity, banana, faint caramel, spices, lightly sweet. Finish Medium long, light mango, faint vegetal, light caramel. Not really a rum for sipping, but it did pretty well in a Coca Cola actually.
Dégusté en sample après avoir goûté un agricole blanc de Martinique. Sensation florale avec de la douceur mielleuse. L alcool n est pas agressif. Pur il n est pas désagréable, et je je le vois bien pour faire une bonne base de cocktails.
Pure for me hard at the limit, tastes actually only like sweet indefinable moldy vegetable sugar cane juice. Alcohol well integrated, okay in a daiquiri but the flavor profile is absolutely not my cup of tea...
Much easier than expected on 55%. Honey sweetness. A light vegetal/musty note. Green apples. All subtle. Not very outspoken. A rather easy spirit.
