"Bizarre... Au nez c'est une effluve entre un grillé et une douceur... Dur de mettre un ressenti et un nom... Je sèche... En bouche nous avons une douceur exquise puis celle-ci est remplacée par le poivre tout en ayant cette effluve perçue au nez. Le fin de bouche est moyenne longue et epicée. Une petite astringence en fin de bouche très appréciable. Un rhum doux en soit."
