An excellent mouth feel in the sip. This bottle is fantastic moly funky and fruity, well balanced by a little umami. The flavors work well together without any off notes. A little water brings out a brings out a woody nuttiness that shows off the age of the bottle. Very good, but I wouldn’t mix it.
Absolutely fantastic ! An Immediate buy if you can find it . Delicious, aged and complex. No off flavors at all. Almost no proof heat.
