The "Redacted Bros" was produced in Jamaica at the Worthy Park distillery. It was selected and bottled by the independent bottler Dornoch. It was distilled in 2005 from Molasses and then aged for 16 years. The rum has an ABV of 54%. An excellent mouth feel in the sip. This bottle is fantastic moly funky and fruity, well balanced by a little umami. The flavors work well together without any off notes. A little water brings out a brings out a woody nuttiness that shows off the age of the bottle. Very good, but I wouldn’t mix it.
Absolutely fantastic ! An Immediate buy if you can find it . Delicious, aged and complex. No off flavors at all. Almost no proof heat.
