"#4006 This one has more complexity to it than the 10 year old release. Lovely fruits mixed with roasted wood and spices. I like the caramel note in the profile. Draws nice curtains and the empty glass is lovely. Price to quality is so good that I ordered a bottle."

"A blend of agricultural and molasses rum, with the scent of cane juice being instantly felt. The floral, woody and spicy notes take over, leaving only a slight fruity nuance. On the palate, the fruit has completely disappeared and the typical agricultural notes cover the whole mouth. Grassy and vegetal notes mingle with toasty aromas and nuts. It's dry but quite light with the 45%. The whole is easy to drink but remains quite classic, without bringing incredible depth or complexity. The finish is slightly reminiscent of dried fruits and quite fresh and spicy agricultural notes. A blend with strong agricultural dominance, unfortunately dull and monotonous for what was expected. The quality / price ratio is average, rather good for the age account but not extraordinary for the perceived aromas."
