“Retasting this rum and it lost some points compared to the first run. When I first tried this rum I was surprised at what quality you get at this low price. A must try in my mind. The nose is sweet with spices and fruit topped with a hint of coffee and cognac. The palate is well balanced with wood/oak and sweetness from honey, caramel and burnt sugar. Add to that some caramel, chocolate and honey and it's a hit. The finish is medium long, creamy and sweet with a hint of coconut and orange.”
