"Second single cask of mount gay selected by high spirits! A swing of flavors, less intense than the first release but much more elegant! Kudos to high spirits for the quality of these single casks!"
"04-05.11.2022 Den Danske Rom & Whiskyfestival 2022. Another return to this big event where many people go to get drunk. Once again we had a special event for a select set of people. Notes. This is a really good Barbadian rum and I would have loved to have a bottle on my shelves. Fruity and well balanced between spices and roasted wood. Long and warm finish."
"The only Mount Gay I've ever tried, but probably the best Barbade I've ever tasted! In fact, on the nose and palate, you might wonder whether this is really a Barbade at all. Indeed, especially when you open the bottle, the classic Barbade marker is masked by a debauchery of fresh fruit. In fact, the nose is almost flowery. The result is a rum of great complexity, elegance and superb balance. One of the best rums I've drunk to date. In fact, I've been meaning to post this review for some time now, but the pleasure got in the way! Another tasting. I've only got a third of a bottle left... Holy cow, this rum is a marvel for me. It's now taking on an air of TDL with a few Caroni-like petroleum aromas... Should I get a new bottle?"
