It was distilled in 2008 from Molasses with a Pot Still and then aged for 14 years. The rum is bottled at cask strength and has an ABV of 58,5%. 17.01.2023 enjoying a few Samples with a good friend. Medium dark in colour. Nose Fresh, light wood, faint smoke, fruity, light ester, faint vegetal, light citrus, faint floral. Palate Fresh, light wood, fruity, light pineapple, light citrus, faint ester, light vegetal. Finish Medium long, light wood, light roasted, dried fruit, faint chocolate, light citrus, spice. ABV very well integrated.
Très bon blend. J ai bien apprécié malgré le fait que je ne suis pas un fan de cette provenance. Alcool très bien intégré. Du bon boulot.
