The "Belize (Salon du Rhum)" was produced in Belize at the Travellers distillery. It was selected and bottled by the independent bottler Compagnie des Indes. It was distilled in 2012 from Molasses with a Column Still and then aged for 10 years. The rum is bottled at cask strength and has an ABV of 62,5%. "Joli belize Le nez sur le sucre brun caramélisé et la vanille. La bouche portée sur le caramel, le vanille et les fruits jaunes, un peu de piment et de piquant. La finale est moyenne sur le caramel mais assez sèche. Au niveau intensité, il n est cependant pas au niveau des belize de 14 ans minimum, cela reste assez léger."
