Aromas of fresh cane, cut grass and, above all, truffles! On the palate, it's surprisingly earthy, rooty and always vegetal. Of the 3 Great Whites, this is the one that evolves the most with cocktail aeration.
What awaits me here? Honeydew melon and lychee. Pretty horny zeux.
Pear, honeydew melon, grass, hay and some lychee. Overall, however, more on the herbal side, nice Vietnam overproof! Definitely comes close to the rums from sampan and also makes delicious daiquiris.
Überreif, matschig-brandig In der Nase. Ganz schwer zu beschreiben, hat was von Baijiu. Ebenfalls recht süß, geht aber eher in Richtung Birnenbrand und Obstler. Aber auf exotische Weise. Melone, Lychee, Gras, Limette. Sehr ungewohnt.
