"This is an extremely well balanced and fruity rum. If you rest it for a good while it releases a lot of flavors of which some are like pastries. Nice and oily palate with a floral note I like a lot. The glue and polish notes dissipate pretty quick in the well rested glass. Draws really nice curtains in the glass."
