Distilled in 2020 from sugar cane juice and unaged, it has an ABV of 50%. With only 1000 bottles available, this limited release is definitely one to try. The aroma offers enticing notes of fruit schnapps, sour cherry, marzipan, freshness, and mirabelle plum. The flavor profile is marked by cherry, mirabelle plum, sugarcane, marzipan, and sour cherry.
