Fruity, woody and creamy notes are inspired by Christmas spices and interact in an interesting way with the warmth and spice, which can be attributed to the well-integrated 50% vol. The "juicy" port wine notes skillfully underline this well-rounded taste experience. The finish is very long, warm, fruity and spicy. Unfortunately, there are virtually no samples on the market. Fresh as well as dried red fruits (e.g. plums) go hand in hand with Christmas spices (e.g. cloves) and meet with dark caramel, vanilla and warm wine cake on a mature, woody port wine note. The alcohol (50% vol.) is excellently integrated and only supports the spiciness. A natural molasses rum that is second to none."
