The "Elegant" was produced in Marie Galante at the Bielle distillery. It was selected and bottled by the independent bottler David’s Rum Selection. It was distilled in 2009 from Sugar cane juice with a Column Still and then aged for 13 years. The rum is bottled at cask strength and has an ABV of 47,7%.
