A Plantation triple aged (despite the fact that it says double aged on the box)... 9 years Bourbon, 1 year Ferrand (Cognac) and finally 3 months in Sauternes... The nose is somewhere between Jamaica and Trinidad... hard to decide.... What a floral nose... A lovely bouquet awaits you, balanced with spiciness and coated with the esters of Jamaica. A wonderful discovery. On the palate, the esters attack first, then the Sauternes calms things down, bringing the sweetness of the grape. It's a pity that we don't necessarily feel the Cognac, which arrives discreetly in the middle of the mouth. The finish is interesting, bringing the sweetness of the grape to the finish. At the very end comes astringency, but which is pleasant... A fine balance. You might even wonder if it's a Trinidad... A fine discovery.
And here is Plantation and these 3 aging ,how to say Trinidad we find and a little Jamaican a trip to the islands .not too much alcohol and an end on the grape .for me it lacks a few degrees . Not too bad

Fruity mild nose with a touch of dirty T.D.L notesOn the palate undifferentiated with traces of Sauternes barrel. In the aftertaste again fruityA mild representative from Trinidad, well suited to approach the style. Unfortunately heavily watered down.
