Nez très gourmand sur la canne, le sucre, la vanille, un boisé léger et on prolonge sur la tarte aux pommes En bouche c'est plus végétal avec la canne qui domine sur un fond pimenté. Un esb très sympathique.

Un rhum avec un beau nez mais pas très marquant en bouche. Cependant très bien fait et sans défaut.
Sampled after Papa Rouyo Sanblaj 2021 and Papa Rouyo Le Rejeton Blanc 2021. This was clearly my favourite of the three.
