Pancakes with flambeed fruits give a warm hello, while notes of vanilla back this up.Freshly roasted coffee, Irish chocolate cream jump into the scenery, as toasted malted brown bread smothered with raspberry jam after some airing with rhubarb notes and a hint of cardamom. 8,5:On the palate, the attack is soft and smooth with fruity notes of mandarine, orange peel and vanilla, a bit spicy with a hint of black pepper and sweet spices as cardamom, cinnamon and nutmeg.Coffee is backed with ginger syrup, some black liquorice powder and a note of vanilla.
