“Compared to other Dictador rums, this single cask reminds me very much a Travellers rum from Belize. Great and round flavors that make a delicious Spanish rum. Dominant are the nutty, toasty and brown flavors and spices followed by faint fruit. Very mild in the mouth at 50%, which is why this rum would have definitely benefited from a little more power. Overall great rum, although the price is set a bit high.”

“Thanks to the somewhat increased alcohol content and the barrel influences somewhat more exciting than the standard bottlings, without really being able to inspire. The aromatic spectrum remains narrowly limited to typical notes of the Spanish style, without setting a particular highlight. Can not really inspire me, unfortunately.”
