How does this rum taste?
The "2003" was produced in Guyana at the Diamond distillery. It was selected and bottled by the independent bottler Rum Shark. It was distilled in 2003 from Molasses with a Pot Still and then aged for 18 years. The rum is bottled at cask strength and has an ABV of 56,8%. This is a limited release and there are only 204 bottles.

“Barva tedy působí dost skepticky. Můj osobní názor je, že kontinentální staření Guyaně nesluší. Ve vůni dominuje perníkové koření a melasa. Chuťově až moc jemné. Ovoce, karamel, koření. Také se ozve káva, citrusy. Krátký závěr. Fajn, ale obyčejná Guyana.”
