"A very nice release with nice wood power without it being too dominant. Very good ABV integration and I like the fruityness in the overall profile. The finish is extremely long and the empty glass has wonderful flavours after a while."
"Delivers all you would expect and get in the other 2001 SWRs. Very nice. Marginal points decrease only for the finish, which is a bit thinner than in other bottlings."
"Awesome nose, warm, malty, sweet, fat. The palate is hardly inferior - with a big BUT: Only after ultra-long breathing (at least an hour) it really unfolds its flavors! As if the liquid must first thicken, quite funny. Who is impatient will experience a disappointment, then the rum seems strangely flat. But those who show patience will be rewarded. Fine thing! 👍"
"Very good! Must soon be compared with the other 2001s."
