It was distilled in 2007 from Molasses with a Pot Still and then aged for 15 years. The rum has an ABV of 61% and the mark is STC❤️E. #5543 10.08.2025 Enjoying some samples while watching the TV series "Yukon men" Nose Medium intense, wood, faint smoke, light apple, light citrus, light leather, light glue, fruity, overripe. Palate Oily, medium intense, wood, fruity, overripe, light glue, faint floral, light berries, light leather, light nutts, faint chocolate. Finish Oily, fresh, warm, fruity, overripe, banana, cinnamon, light leather. Empty glass Light leather, pineapple, light dried fruit, banana, cinnamon. Needs to rest for a good while to really open up, ABV is nearly perfectly integrated and there is a nice natural sweetness on the palate.
