„Tasted on the Whisky and Rum festival 2022. IJmuiden. www.zeewijck.nl First impression: very Travellers Belize. Heavy. Bourbon. American oak. Vanilla/caramel. Taste: christmassy: Cinnamon(rolls). Cherry. Cloves. Charred. Vanilla. A lot of taste. The bourbon ever present. 55% is perfect. Good pick from Richard. Update may 2023. Strangely he still has loads of bottles of this.“

„Alcool mal intégré, amertume en fin de bouche. On sent le fut de bourbon, très beau nez mais en bouche ça brûle presque et ça passe au desssus des fruits tropicaux et de la figue qu’on a au nez. Je referai une dégustation complémentaire quand il se sera aéré. Edit : l’aération lui a fait du bien mais j’ai maintenant des notes de pétrole liées à une amertume en bouche“
