How does this rum taste?
Plantation Black Cask Barbados & Cuba leans into classic coconut, banana, and vanilla notes, with a touch of woody spice and gentle roasted nuts. RumX members often mention its soft fruitiness and mild smokiness, like "banana and dunder funk" (@Flo B.) or “more nutty” as it opens up. The finish tends to be short, and some, like @Schnapsschuesse, note a growing strawberry aroma with time. It’s smooth and approachable but unmistakably light-bodied—"the sugar leaves little room for the rest" (@Lukas Jäger).

#4094 This release also has a bit of smoke on it as its predecessors. Lightly fruity with spices but generally thin. Unfortunately watered down too much in my mind. Price to quality is OK. Probably good in a mixer.
Leider zerstört die süße alles was irgendwie cool sein könnte
Muj aktualni favorit pomer cena/vykon okolo 30€. Na vecerni sklenicku s prateli, kteri nejsou propiti k single cask rumum, pripadne s rumy nemaji zkusenost. V chuti sladsi, ovocny, prijemny na jazyku. Ocekaval bych vice "koure" a plnejsi chut s delsim zaverem, nicmene za ty penize si to sve kupce najde.
Level: mild, entry. Surprisingly good for an entry level sweet 40 ABV.
