Blindverkostung: leichte, typische spanische Nase: Vanille, Leder und eine karamellige Süße. Am Gaumen dann die volle Süße mit etwas stechenden ~55%. Der Abgang ist länger, als man es von Spaniern kennt. Ein solider einfacher, nicht vordernder Rum, den man gerne zum BBQ trinken kann.
