It was distilled in 2009 from Molasses with a Column Still and then aged for 12 years. The rum is bottled at cask strength and has an ABV of 55%. Gar nicht schlecht dieser Rum, hatte noch sowas gutes erwartet. Hat auch 55%, hätte auf weniger getippt. In der Nase ist er überwiegend fruchtig, aber auch leicht medizinisch. Am Gaumen erst leicht süß (Schokolade und Vanille), nach einiger Zeit wird er dann aber auch recht fruchtig.
