Tastingset from Dam Spirits Degustation. First impression: very young spirity liquid. Almost like whisky spirit. Don't really get the agricole tones. Feint and sweet. Some artichoke. The picture in the booklet has bright red spirit. This sample is like white wine. Let's hope there's no mistakes here. Taste: not much here still. Definitely not average agricole. Subtle custard. Cake. Vanilla. Lemon. Spirity. Not bad but not much character too. Very light. Short finish. Big mweh this one.
Its like a cake Taste. Not to sweet but fruity at all. Excelent for rhum from Belgium
