"Au nez, on est surpris par les arômes complexes oscillant entre la pomme un peu acidulée, les arômes de figues blanches et quelque chose de caramélisé avec une pointe de chocolat! Le nez présente une belle fraîcheur. L'alcool est présent mais sans aucune agressivité. Il sert de liant à cette belle palette aromatique."
