How does this rum taste?
Reviewers are impressed by the rum's complexity and punch, especially considering its young age and high ABV. Notes of juicy yellow fruits, sugarcane, wood, and herbal menthol are often mentioned, with an unexpected spiciness that stands out. Some enjoy it neat for its bold character, though a few find the alcohol sharp. If you appreciate vibrant, wood-influenced agricole rums unlike most others, this limited Ghana release is worth a try.

Franconian Tasting Gang am 10.05.2024 Freshly uncorked by Jarek.
Surprisingly complex, intense and mild after only 2 years in the barrel and with such a high alcohol content. Exciting! Judging by the nose, I would have liked a little more fruit on the palate...
