#4014 This is an example showing that older isn't always better. This profile is different from the L'Elise and that's a nice surprise. The quality is equally high! Fruity with nice roasted wood and floral notes with some added pastries/marmalade. The empty glass reveals some mint and chocolate.
Very good molasses isautier. Not quite at the level of Velier bottlings.
Plutôt sur la fraîcheur malgré l'âge. Voilà un profil que j'aime bien. L'alcool pourrait être mieux intégré. Étonnant que ce soit de la mélasse.
