The "Panama Rum" was produced in Panama. It was selected and bottled by the independent bottler Berry Bros & Rudd. It was distilled in 2006 from Molasses with a Column Still and then aged for 16 years. The rum has an ABV of 55,9%. A very original profile for a panama. We're on a medicinal herbal register with a burnt side, certainly due to the alcohol, which is not very well integrated. Very reminiscent of genepi liqueur, for those who know. Astringent finish. Original profile, but not my preference...
