Au nez on retrouve une canne gourmande, gorgée de sucre. La bouche est onctueuse et douce. La finale est assez longue et collante pour un rhum blanc.

Palate Oily, fresh, round, medium dry, spicy, fruits, floral, light sugarcane, light vegetal. Finish Long and warm, light fruits, citrus, light sugarcane, spicy, The empty glass has a perfume like not to it as well as chocolate.
A nice experiment, the long maturation made this rum way smoother. Nice sip despite high abv (brut de colonne), this rum is really shifted towards vegetal and sour citrus notes. I appreciated this enough to grab a bottle when it's been possible
