It was distilled in 2022 from Sugar cane juice with a Pot Still. The rum is bottled at cask strength and has an ABV of 66,5%. I didn’t take any notes at the Rhum Fest so a more detailed review will follow as soon as I get the chance to sample this rum again in a better context.
#4062 Also a very well priced rum looking at the price tag. Fresh and fruity with nice floral notes and a lightly dry palate. In the empty glass i can pick up perfume like notes.
