Pretty well rounded release with fruits and wood balanced pretty well. The Port cask is present without being too dominant. Needs to rest for a while before the full experience is there.
So in any case, the Ruby Port is also quite tasty compared to the Sauternes Cask, it is very fruity on the nose and on the palate.Addendum: Photo the Ruby Port Cask Finish is also already very drinkable, it must be said.Best to leave 15-30 minutes in the glass.
