“The nose is beautiful and has everything you love in a good Guyana. The mouth is complex. The bitterness and the woodiness are present but balanced. The finish is really long on cocoa and black coffee. Tasted after a Versailles 1985 from Bristol, we find the same frame but more accomplished and expressive.”

“A very greedy and very woody nose.It really gives desire.In mouth, sensation of lightness at first. Then very present woody again. A little sting. Then a very earthy side carried the palate.The finish lacks length for a rum of this age. It's a pity because the sensation of cocoa at the end of the mouth is very pleasant.Really good.”
