"Clairin, jung, aber mit Caroni-Essenz. Das ist eine tolle Kombination. Nase: fruchtig-süß und zugleich künstlich, leicht rauchig und tatsächlich mit etwas Caroni-Dreckigkeit. Honig-Süße mit säuerlicher Passionsfrucht und Stachelbeere. Ein bisschen holzig hinten raus mit leichter Essig-Essenz. Von den typischen vegatiblen Noten findet man hier nichts. Gefällt mir richtig gut. Gaumen: zu Beginn kurz etwas flach, dann kommt aber eine intensive, würzig-florale Geschmackskurve. Zuerst salzig, dann Piment und Anis. Dazu etwas fettige Nuss, liebliche Veilchen und Kräuter. Hinten raus wieder dieses leicht Dreckige vom Caroni. Grün und lieblich im Abgang, grasiger werdend. Was soll ich sagen, dass Caroni-Fass macht aus dem Clairin einen wundervollen, aromatischen Rum."
