“27.08.2011 A nice evening out with the guys where I could walk the short distance home to where we lived. Notes. This one was a bottle birth and also a bottle kill because it was pretty good. Medium dark in colour. Nose: wood, cherry, pear, cinnamon, roasted. Palate: balanced, wood, roasted, caramel, cherry, spice. Finish: wood, light smoke, cherry, coffee, vanilla.”
