“Profil très différent de ce que je connaissais chez Beenleigh. Il faut laisser beaucoup de temps à ce rhum pour se révéler. Sans cela, l'alcool est trop présent. Si on prend le temps, on démarre sur un Foursquare boosté aux solvants au nez (édit : avec du recul, la Foursquare est quand même loin...) Puis on enchaine sur un profil plus pâtissier en bouche. L'alcool reste très présent. Normal vu le degré d'alcool. Mais on a tellement été habitué à des intégrations dingues avec Swell donc celui-ci détonne un peu. Ça reste très bon et très au-dessus des notes à 65 qui présentes sur ce rhum. Édit : gros besoin d'aération. Minimum 30-45 minutes. Après cela, on découvre un profil très sympathique Édit : gagne clairement à s'oxyder.”
