“Un jeune rhum issu de la gamme classique et permanente de J. Bally. Le nez est léger, sec et agricole, avec des notes boisées de chêne, des épices, des fruits séchés, des notes rôties et des arômes floraux et végétaux de canne à sucre. On retrouve en bouche un rhum plus sombre, avec des notes boisées, épicées, poivrées, des noix et du cuir qui se mêlent à la canne à sucre. C’est sec, simple et équilibré. L’alcool est bien intégré. La finale est un peu courte. Les notes agricoles de tabac, de terre et de végétaux confèrent un profil plutôt amer en fin de bouche. On perçoit également les fruits secs, les notes rôties, boisées et épicées. Un rhum sympathique pour introduire au monde du rhum agricole.”
