“Im Vergleich zum 2014er kommt die florale Note hier kaum zum Tragen. Ansonsten in der Nase ähnlich, frische Frucht, leichte Holzsüsse und Kräuter. Am Gaumen nach initialer Frische erneut eine - mit fortlaufender Zeit im Glas - deutlicher hervortretende blumig-seifige Note, die bei jedem Schluck initial hervorsticht und mir den Genuss leider erschwert. Im Abgang rückt die Seifigkeit wiederum in den Hintergrund. Rauchigkeit, Kräuter und Gewürze dominieren, das typische Profil bleibt erahnbar. Nach dem zweiten Anlauf revidiere ich meine ursprüngliche Wertung etwas, da die seifige Note zumindest im Abgang weniger präsent ist als ich dies ursprünglich wahrgenommen hatte. Dennoch kann ich hier nicht zu einer guten Bewertung erhöhen, weil ich die Seifennote schlichtweg als störend empfinde.”

“Franconian Tasting Gang am 10.05.2024 Zuerst ein großes Dankeschön an DomM, der dieses Set zur Verfügung gestellt hat. Mich persönlich hat es nicht abgeholt das Profil. Bis auf eine Ausnahme ist mir dieser Seifengeschmack too much. Die Reste aus den Gläsern sind aber dann dank DomM und Serge in einem spontanen und überragenden Cocktail gelandet.”
