“Franconian Tasting Gang am 10.05.2024 Zuerst ein großes Dankeschön an DomM, der dieses Set zur Verfügung gestellt hat. Mich persönlich hat es nicht abgeholt das Profil. Bis auf eine Ausnahme ist mir dieser Seifengeschmack too much. Die Reste aus den Gläsern sind aber dann dank DomM und Serge in einem spontanen und überragenden Cocktail gelandet.”

“In der Nase noch halbwegs gefällig, obwohl auch hier schon Anklänge der seifigen Fehlnote erkennbar sind. Eben diese kommt am Gaumen nochmal deutlich zum Tragen, auch wenn sie nicht gänzlich überlagernd wirkt. Trotzdem bleibt festzuhalten, dass sich echter Genuss nicht einstellen will. Schade.”
