“Sehr feiner, toller Agricole. Perfekt ausgewogen, getrocknete Marillen (was ich liebe), Alkohol super eingebunden. Das einzige Highlight vom Rumfestival Wien. Ausführliches Tasting folgt. Edit: Nun mal in Ruhe aus dem Sample verkostet. Tolle Nase. Keksteig, leicht säuerlich, getrocknete Marillen, Politur, Lösungsmittel und leicht Animalisch, Gewürze, vor allem etwas Lakritze und grasig/frisch. Schön ausgewogen, komplex, Alkohol gut integriert. Knusprig, warm, ganz leicht modrig im Mund. Getrocknete Früchte, Lakritze und Gras im Abgang. Super Agricole. Jetzt doch noch eine Flasche gekauft…😅”
