“Pure somewhat difficult in the drink not so wrong. Aromatically extremely much varnish and esters, but somehow not the beautiful esters. Reminds me of an unclean distilled pomace brandy with the pre- and post-run was not properly separated and thus the Uhu glue comes through. But as I said, in the drink really good and for a rum from the Dom Rep amazingly interesting.”
