“Another nice white from S.B.S and the price is pretty good compared to what you get. This one can also be used to sip, on the rocks or in a mixer. I liked it a lot on the rocks as well where other flavours come to life. Not a Habitation Velier, but still pretty decent.”

“Compared to the HV unaged PM, this is much more rough. However, this is more clearly noticeable „the PM profile“ while the HV brings quite a few unexpected notes along.”

“A rarity to get an unaged PM to the nose: Tropical fruity with a honey sweetness at first, then slightly spicy with vanilla and newsprint. At the back something slightly musty, almost musty, plus olive and saffron. 78 Palate: oh, something surprisingly sweet and creamy before a salty bitter wave comes in and then gives way to anise and vanilla. Turns slowly towards dark brioche and gets drier and drier. Turning greener at the end, green tea. 75 Not all that bad, should have tried, also has a good plv. I'm into matured after all....”
