"The nose is very good for a starter rum. Oak, tobacco, fruit and then polish. Very well balanced.In the mouth then disappointment. Woody, one dimensional and thin. The alcohol stings.As I said, a good introduction to unsweetened rum."

"In the smell very nice. Very strongly reminiscent of Spanish style. Then, unfortunately, thin on the palate. Hardly any complexity. Only light caramel vanilla tones with strong wood"

"Nach Jahren mal wieder hervorgeholt, erinnere ich mich, dass er mir damals längst nicht so gut gefallen hat, wie heute. An der Nase kräftige Vanille, erste Röstaromen und etwas Frucht. Am Gaumen dann prägnante Röst- und geflammte Holzaromen. Ist sonst nicht so mein Fall, hier jedoch sehr harmonisch gelungen. Zum Sippen und Mixen. . 04.2024 Ich finde meinen vorherigen Eindruck bestätigt. Heute würde ich ihn jedoch nicht wieder kaufen."
