Intensiv aber nicht brennend oder kratzend. Im. Geruch schon fast erschlagend. Viele ester gepaart mit starken Melassetönen. Lakritz, tropische Früchte. Dieser rum wird mit Hilfe wilder Hefen angehören und später mit reinzuchthefen übergeimpft und dann auf einer hybridstilanlage destilliert. Dieser batch ist auch kein Vergleich zu seinem Vorgänger.
Spannende Kombination aus frischen Noten von Küchenkräutern und Heu, dazu Süsse und Gewürze. Komplett eigenständiges Profil, sollte man unbedingt mal probieren!
Probiert auf dem 11. GRF: Nachdem ich in der Vergangenheit nicht so begeistert war, muss ich mit dem aktuellsten Batch meine Meinung klr revidieren. Ein handwerklich guter Rum mit Charakter und einigen spannenden grasig-kräutrigen Noten. Nach einem Gespräch mit dem sympathischen Inhaber bin ich gespannt, was hiervon noch alles kommen wird und werde es auf jeden Fall im Auge behalten!
