Wer es süß mag ist hier richtig.... etwas rote Früchte kommen durch . Alkohol für das niedrige ABV sehe präsent.
Der Ruby Port könnte geschmacklich für mich etwas dominanter sein, aber das Jamaica Fass Finish bringt einen schönen Frucht funk mit rein, da die süße nur vom Ruby Port kommt ist es insgesamt dennoch recht trocken. Quasi ein flüssiger Ruby Port Manhattan!
Perola breaks new ground and blends 8-year-old Panama rum with Ruby Reserve Port. Flavors of cherries, plums followed by nuts and hints of caramel. Dry and slightly strained aftertaste unfortunately drags this down a bit for me.
Alkohol könnte besser eingebunden sein. Man schmeckt viel Column. Insgesamt nicht ganz stimmig.
